1. Service Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel a service request before our dispatch team has been deployed, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are applicable once a technician or service provider has been dispatched towards your location.

2. Membership Plan Refunds

All memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are non-refundable once purchased and activated, except if Sports X 9 is unable to provide services at your registered location due to operational limitations.

3. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If an incorrect or duplicate payment has been made, we will verify the transaction and initiate a refund within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
